Prices are shown in Canadian funds for residents of Canada and U.S. funds for residents of the United States and other countries.  5% GST will be added to all Canadian orders. 

Residents of Manitoba  7% PST will be charged in addition to the 5% GST.  Orders placed through the PayPal shopping cart will automatically be charged the Canadian shipping rates.  Once the order is received and packaged up, a refund will be sent via PayPal to reflect the correct (lower) shipping rate.  The refund will be based on the actual shipping charge as well as the PST and GST.

Our shipping rates are calculated as per the following chart.  For wholesale orders, the actual shipping rate will be charged.  Orders are shipped through the post office by Expedited Parcel to locations throughout Canada, and by Expedited Parcel or Small Packet to locations throughout the USA.  If a quicker shipping method is required, an additional shipping charge will apply based on location, weight, etc.  Please email us with your request.  Most orders include $100.00 CAD insurance coverage.  If a higher limit is required, please let us know before we ship your order.  Please note our minimum shipping charge is $10.00.

Orders can be shipped overseas, however the shipping cost may increase.  For example, the shipping charge for International Small Packet Air Mail for parcels weighing up to 1.0 kg (2.2 lbs) would be approximately $32.00 CAD.  For a weight of 2.0 kg (4.4 lbs) the shipping charge would be approximately $50.00 CAD.  International customers are welcome to email us at toys@birdyboredombusters.com as we would be happy to provide you with a shipping estimate/quotation based on your order.

On-line

The PayPal shopping cart is used as our secure method of on-line ordering.  Payment can be made by Visa, Mastercard, Discovery & American Express.

Simply click on the "Add to Cart" button beside the item or items you would like to purchase.  Once you are finished shopping, click on the "View Cart"  button to check out complete your transaction.

Credit Card

If you would like to pay with VISA or MasterCard, but do not want to use the shopping cart, payments can now be made over the telephone or fax. 

Call or fax us at 204-345-9096 with the items you would like.  Be sure to include your full name, shipping address, telephone number, credit card number and expiry date, as well as the 3 digit card security code (CSC) located on the back of your credit card.  If you billing address is different than your shipping address, be sure to include that information as well.  

Email Money Transfer

Email money transfers (EMT) can be made through CertaPay if you deal with a participating bank.  A additional charge of $2.50 will apply for orders under $50.00 (excluding shipping).

Cheque or Money Order

Simply write down the items you would like along with price.  Your order can then be emailed  or you can call us direct at 204-345-9096.  Be sure to include your full name, address & telephone number if you are ordering for the first time.

C.O.D.

Orders can be shipped C.O.D. through Canada Post to locations throughout Canada for an additional charge of $7.00 plus GST.   Send us an email or fax with the items you would like, along with your full name, address & telephone number (if you are ordering for the first time) with a note requesting C.O.D.  When we receive your order, an email will be sent to you confirming the total amount due before the package is mailed.
